Kasey Stott is the Women’s Director at Pipeline.Church, married to Nate and mom to Aida, Henry & Harrison.

“My favorite thing is being able to watch the change that takes place in women from being nervous and shy at their very first Bible Study meeting to the rich place of connection, belonging, and confidence that emerges by the end of that Bible Study season. Only God can do that!”

Fun fact: Kasey spent a few years cultivating flowers as a farmer-florist before cultivating women’s hearts 👩‍🌾

I’m so grateful that I get to serve the Lord by doing something I love, alongside people I love, and being part of what God is doing in the lives of so many people.”

Superpower: Attention to Detail

Pipeline.Church has been shaped in countless ways by Cindy’s incredibly detail-oriented mind. She notices the little things most people miss, which is wonderful for the church and mildly concerning if you’ve moved something without asking. It’s a gift. Mostly. 😉

Bella Deffenbacher is the Worship Director at Pipeline.Church, married to Blake Deffenbacher and mom to her furry babies, Rigby and Rosanna.

“I'm so thankful Pipeline.Church has given me the opportunity to lead worship as God has called me to. If you were to tell 11 year old worship leading Bella that this would be her life, she wouldn't have believed you! This place is our home away from home. The community we have found here is next level and these are our people!”

Fun fact: She’s always dreamed of living at the beach. So naturally, she moved to Tulare. (Same fresh air, slightly more cow. 🐄)

Rachel Trigueiro is the Communications Director at Pipeline.Church, married to James and mom to Lincoln, Wren, Quincy & Goldie.

I love words and helping people understand the deep, gentle goodness of God’s love for them. If I can make something a little clearer, easier, or more meaningful, I’m happy. (Even if it’s just making sure you know what time to drop your kids off!)”

Fun fact: She spent her childhood hating change, and God apparently thought, “Oh, she’s going to love this.” 😂 As an adult, thirteen moves, three states, and three countries later… here we are.

Fun fact: Kelly has attended approximately 700 football games over the last 45 years, every Friday night, August through November. Beat that. 🏈

“God has called me to faithfully lead His church. My job is to stay so close to Jesus that all I see is Him. While I am a dreamer and I love a good challenge, I never want to get so full of vision and ideas that I stop following Him without hesitation. Spend a day with me and you’ll see a guy who gives every ounce of strength every single day to lead my family and Pipeline.Church where He wants us to go.”
