Yes. Every Pipeline.Kids volunteer completes a background check then is taken through an onboarding & training process before serving to ensure a safe environment for your child.

Yes. For the safety of all children, every child must be checked in at the Check-In station before going to their classrooms. You’ll receive a parent tag that you’ll use for pickup.

Pipeline.Kids uses a scripture-based curriculum that helps kids grow in their understanding of God’s Word, experience His love, and build a personal faith that lasts. Lessons are taught through engaging hands-on activities, age-appropriate teaching, small group time, and worship.

We love praising the Lord and are proud to include all Pipeline.Kids classes in worship with the full congregation during each service! Volunteers walk each class to the sanctuary when it's time for worship, then monitor while they sing their little hearts out before walking them back to their classrooms.

If your child needs you, we will send a text message or use the number on your parent tag to call you directly. Please keep in mind that cell service is spotty at Pipeline so we recommend connecting to our "Pipeline Guest" WIFI so no calls or texts get missed.

Yes! We love welcoming new kids into Pipeline.Kids! If it’s your child’s friend’s first time, we’ll help them register quickly at check-in so they feel comfortable.

Absolutely. Our Pipeline.Pals program is specifically designed for children with special needs or developmental delays. Pals volunteers serve alongside these children during Sunday AM and PM services, ensuring their needs are met so they feel comfortable, safe, and included. This support also allows parents to fully engage in the service, knowing their child is cared for and thriving.

Totally normal! Our leaders are trained to welcome kids warmly and help them ease into class. If your kiddo is struggling to adapt and you'd prefer to keep them with you, you're welcome to take them with you into service or utilize our Family Room.
